Overview
During my internship, I worked with the Mass Markets Network Planning team to design internal systems that support the planning and tracking of fiber infrastructure across the country.
My work focused on clarifying system requirements, evaluating architectural tradeoffs, and designing a scalable path to help teams make faster, better-informed decisions.
Systems Design & Architecture
Defined an architecture for integrating an internal planning tool with Salesforce, ensuring compatibility with existing CRM objects, workflows, and long-term scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Worked across product, data, and network planning teams to align technical constraints with operational requirements and drive system decisions.
Internal Tool Design
Improved tools used to plan and track nationwide fiber network expansion, prioritizing efficient workflows and clear access to operational data.
